NCC
means a carpark in which all parts of the parking storeys are cross-ventilated by permanent unobstructed openings in not fewer than 2 opposite or approximately opposite sides, and—
  1. (a) each side that provides ventilation is not less than 1 / 6 of the area of any other side; and
  2. (b) the openings are not less than ½ of the wall area of the side concerned.
HB50
means a carpark in which all parts of the parking storeys are cross-ventilated by permanent unobstructed openings in not fewer than 2 opposite or approximately opposite sides, and:
  1. (a) each side that provides ventilation is not less than 1/6 of the area of any other side; and
  2. (b) the openings are not less than 1/2 of the wall area of the side concerned
