Fire hazard properties

NCC
means the following properties of a material or assembly that indicate how they behave under specific fire test conditions:
  1. (a) Average specific extinction area , Flammability Index , determined as defined in Schedule 3 .
  2. (b) Smoke-Developed Index , Spread-of-Flame Index , determined in accordance with Schedule 6 .
  3. (c) Group number and smoke growth rate index (SMOGRA RC ), determined in accordance with Specification C1.10 of Volume One.
