for the purposes of Part 2.6 and Part 3.12 in Volume Two, means the parts of a building’s fabric that separate artificially heated or cooled spaces from—
  1. (a) the exterior of the building; or
  2. (b) other spaces that are not artificially heated or cooled.

  2. (b) a non- conditioned space including—

    3. (iii) the common wall with a carpark , warehouse or the like.
