  2. (b) the doorframe, if any, with its fixings to the wall and, for a sliding doorset, with all guides and their respective fixings to the lintel, wall or sill;
  3. (c) any fixed panel and its associated transom or mullion (including the methods of fixing) that is contained within the doorframe;
  4. (d) all door hardware; and
  5. (e) fixtures and fittings attached to the door leaf or doorframe.
