Domestic services

means the basic engineering systems that use energy or control the use of energy; and—

1. (a) includes—
   1. (i) heating, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation and artificial lighting; and
   2. (ii) pumps and heaters for swimming pools and spa pools; and
   3. (iii) heated water systems; but
2. (b) excludes cooking facilities and portable appliances.
