Appendices to the BCA indicate State and Territory variations and additions. It is produced and maintained by the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) on behalf of the Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments under the direction of the Local Government Ministers’ Conference, the BCA superseded the ‘Australian Model Uniform Building Code’ in 1988.
